1. Selection
Experienced personnel screen all applicants, and this procedure includes a one-on-one interview where we review all prior employments and contact personal references.
2. Training
Once selected and under close supervision, our new employees are trained on the fundamentals of Promise cleaning concept and mission while on the job. During the rigorous training, employees are counseled in areas of weakness, strong points are noted and any special areas of adaptability are recorded.
3. Placement
Based on the employee’s strengths and adaptation during training, we then determine the employee’s permanent placement.
Our current employees and supervisors are continuously educated on how we can improve and enhance our organization, services and customer service.
Supervisors are constantly skilled through textbooks, films and by attending lectures and this information is conveyed to the entire Promise team.
