A standard Promise Control Book is kept at the project site. This book includes thorough descriptions of all cleaning assignments, stations and special project frequencies. Project Managers keep these books current and are easily accessible for our clients to review and inspect at any time.
Our Promise management team along with our clients periodically performs inspections together for quality service. Our Promise standard inspection form is then completed and distributed to those parties designated by our client.
Clients can easily and immediately contact our management team, and all questions, concerns and suggestions will receive prompt attention. A Log Book is maintained for the purpose of recording work orders, unusual occurrences and complaints, if any.
